RETURNS

• Returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee.
• Altered or used items are not returnable.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Returns must be authorized by Screen Printer Supply.
• Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned freight prepaid.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be applied.

CANCELLATIONS

• Order cancellations must be made before order is shipped.
• Once shipment occurs, please refer to return policy.
