Additional Information
SHIPPING
- Supply orders are usually shipped between 1 and 3 business days after order is processed.
- Equipment orders that require a trucking (LTL) will include estimated lead time of 1-2 weeks.
- You will be notified within 24 hours if any items in your order are out of stock.
- Orders received after 1 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING METHOD
- UPS Ground is the standard shipping method when available. 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are also available for most locations.
- All other orders will be shipped by freight truck if required.
- Orders shipping from multiple warehouses may incur additional shipping charges.
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
- Flat rate shipping available on most supply kits and equipment packages. Excludes single item consumables such as screens,inks,squeegees,chemicals etc.
- Note: Items may not be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using flat rate shipping.
- Shipping Address Outside of Contiguous U.S. does not qualify for flat rate shipping.
- Some items will have a nominal flat rate charges depending on size, weight and dimensions of product.
